The Bulgarian Bag has finally arrived in our classes along side kettlebells, Yes, that’s right! We have now combined kettlebells and Bulgarian Bags in our class, offering you a unique and dynamic workout that no one else can offer!

What is the Bulgarian bag?
The Bulgarian training bag is serious conditioning tool that brings a great workout to everyone from athletes to average fitness enthusiasts. If you’re looking for a method of training that maximizes your strength, muscular endurance, cardiovascular fitness, mobility, and overall explosive power, then this is the class for you!
The shape of the bag enables you to train the entire body while focusing on your grip strength at all times. there are three different types of handles that allow the trainer to execute different exercises by adjusting grip. Bags are offered in different weights, which are identified by different coloured straps. Each bag is hand made from high quality material, with a leather or canvas exterior, filled with wool and sand.
All exercises that can be performed with kettlebells, dumbbells, or barbells can be performed with a Bulgarian Bag. You can also throw, knee, kick, strike, bend, and squeeze offering you a greater diversity in your training that you simply can’t do with solid weights. Combine the bag and kettlebells together in one workout and you have the ultimate conditioning class.
We invite you to come and check out one of our classes and put the Bulgarian Bag to the test! Or we can also come to your club or gym for a one time training session, whether you are interested in simply a change from your normal training session or you would like to try out the equipment to make a purchase. The home visit requires 60 to 90 minutes of your time, and prices start from as little as €20 per person, depending on your location. Bags will be provided.
