Kettlebell Workshop
This 3.5 hour workshop will cover a step by step introductory level to Kettlebell training for a beginner or novice. This workshop can also be used to refine techniques and reinforce the basics to those who have current knowledge of kettlebell training or whether your someone who is a fitness enthusiast or some one who is looking to make the right step for a better you, then this would be for you! NO level of fitness required, just go at your own pace.
Workshop covers the following.
- Step-by-step Instruction for kettlebell training
- Variation of Kettlebell exercises
- Correct lifting + Safety
- How to implement the kettlebell into any training program
- The simplicity and ease of kettlebells, creating a quick and effective workout
- How to develop a strong core and why having a strong core is so important for everyday life
- How to turn your Kettlebell into a one piece gym.
Cost: €44.99
The price includes:
1 x Cast Iron Kettlebell suited to your own body weight, this will be decided on the day, usually a 8kg for women or 16kg is recommended.
